Free Shipping

Orders over R1,500 qualify for FREE door-to-door delivery.

Orders below R1,500 will be charged a R150 delivery fee at checkout.

Delivery Method

We use The Courier Guy for our deliveries. Your order will be collected from us and delivered door-to-door to the address provided at checkout.

The Courier Guy provides tracking for consignments, allowing you to follow your parcel during transit.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and recipient details are accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional delivery charges.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been collected by The Courier Guy, delivery times will depend on the destination and service used. The Courier Guy indicates that national delivery can generally take approximately 1–3 business days, with transit times varying by destination and service.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or incorrect delivery information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information where applicable.

You can use your tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress through The Courier Guy.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available, the address is incorrect, or the courier is unable to access the property, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Parcel Weight & Size

The Courier Guy calculates shipping charges using the greater of the parcel's actual weight or volumetric weight. This means that larger, lightweight parcels may be charged according to the space they occupy rather than their actual weight.

The Courier Guy's general parcel limitations are up to 50 kg per parcel and maximum dimensions of 1 m × 1 m × 1 m.

For larger or heavier consignments, different courier services may apply.

Packaging

We take care to package orders appropriately before handing them to the courier.

Customers should be aware that parcels may be handled several times during transportation. The Courier Guy recommends sturdy packaging and appropriate protection for the contents.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to have been lost, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist with the courier investigation and resolution process.

Please retain your order and tracking information until your parcel has been successfully delivered.

Courier claims may be subject to The Courier Guy's own terms and conditions, including applicable claim time limits and liability limitations.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

If an order needs to be redirected, re-delivered or returned because incorrect information was provided, additional courier charges may apply and may be charged to the customer.
